Intellectual Property Legal Secretary
Dinsmore has immediate openings in both their Cincinnati and Dayton offices for a Legal Secretary who will support multiple attorneys
in the Intellectual Property practice group area. This secretarial position includes the traditional legal secretarial responsibilities
including reviewing and communicating docket to attorneys/paralegals; creating new files as needed; maintaining calendars; time
entry; client billing and general administrative duties. While IP experience is a definite plus, the ideal candidate can be trained on
specialized formats, procedures and terminology relevant to the intellectual property practice area. This is an excellent opportunity for
an experienced IP secretary to join a booming practice or for an experienced legal secretary to benefit from specialized on the job
training.

Requirements:

Solid work history including 5+ years of legal secretary experience including longevity
Excellent technical and communication skills.  
Ability to type 65 wpm
Meticulous attention to detail
Proven success as a positive team player as well as an independent worker
Top notch proofreading skills
Ability to multi-task and balance multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Highly motivated professional who is enthusiastic about the opportunity of learning a specialized practice area
